We decided to relocate during a particularly difficult economic period. Our builder made that decision an easy one. We had looked at several builders in the Houston area and could not find what we were looking for. Rhett was the sales consultant for our new home in Terra Bella and he immediately made us feel at home. The value we found in our Compass Pointe home unequivocally could not be beat by any other builder. The neighborhood and amenities of the surrounding community as well as the amenities built into the home provided to us had us sold on our first visit. Every item on our wish list was doable, completed with quality, within our price range, and in a beautiful community with features we’ll enjoy for years. Higher than any industry standard we’ve experienced, our home was crafted so well, we hardly had to decorate.
Rhett and Joe, the construction superintendent, were available to us throughout our purchasing experience. Having worked with several other builders in the past, and as a former home builder myself, we appreciated the fact that Compass Pointe worked with us on a personal level to provide us with our first home – so diligent in their response to our concerns if we had any, and well beyond our expectations. We were not just “part of the process” we were part of family. The entire building process was informative, interactive and we were never rushed into a single decision. We really love our home’s custom feel compared to that of other builders.
Terra Bella’s residents have become like second family and we feel lucky to be part of such a warm community. Compass Pointe really feels committed to creating a sense of community; fabulously designed homes, wonderful people and in an excellent school district, we could not have gone wrong. Anyone would be lucky to live here!
